Meet The Cookie Lady!

Hi, hello, and how do you do! My name is Jamie, and I’m the owner/operator/lead baker/lead decorator/one-woman show behind Three Birdies Bakery! I love Christmas, making people laugh, and baking delicious works of art that put joy into the world. I also get very passionate about relatively small things, like board games or Game of Thrones (don’t even get me started about that last season). I’m a lifetime Spokanite, and don’t plan on leaving any time soon, as I love my hometown and the amazing things it has to offer.

In addition to running the bakery, I have three little birdies that keep me very busy. I am also married to a wonderful man who tolerates my cookie messes and loves me for my high level of dorkiness.

For two and a half years, I ran the bakery, raised my three children, and worked full time, which means I never slept. But thanks to the constant support of my customers and family, I was able to leave my full-time job in August 2020 to live my ultimate dream. And I could not possibly be more grateful.
